Having previously transported players to the majestic kingdom of ancient Mesopotamia and the mysterious Shinto Inari shrines of 5thcentury Japan, this month Elysium Studios – Driven by Swintt is fast-forwarding into the future in the space-age slot, Clash of Heroes.
Set in a neo city where traditional temples are dwarfed by towering skyscrapers and mech-suited warriors rule the streets, Clash of Heroes sees a male and a female champion face off across the reels as they draw on an arsenal of high-tech weapons and gadgets to super-charge players’ wins.
First up is the male fighter, who can draw his blaster pistol after any base game spin and shoot a random number of wilds into play for a recalculated payout. If that doesn’t make a big enough impact, he can also transform into the green robot and use his strength to shove the reels so hard that the 5th column falls from view and a new one replaces it for an additional respin.
Over on the other side of the screen, after any non-winning spin the female fighter can randomly use her katana to slash away all low-paying symbols of a certain type and replace them with higher value ones. Not to be outdone by her opponent, she can also blast-off into the sky in the form of the red robot, with this triggering a respin across all five reels.
Last but by no means least, whenever a wild appears in the middle position of reel two, three or four, the two robots can randomly clash with each other as they fly towards the symbol and transform it into an enhanced 3×3 Mega Wild for big potential wins of up to 1,000x the bet per line.
David Mann, Chief Executive Officer at Swintt, said: “While players have already enjoyed exploring the wonders of the ancient world with Elysium Studios, now’s the time for them to flash into the future and discover the incredible prize potential of our space-age slot, Clash of Heroes.”
“Packed with powerful robots that can randomly alter the composition of the reels after winning and non-winning spins alike, each and every round could be a real game-changer – and we think this added layer of excitement will ensure.”
