The leading player advocacy site Casinomeister which has been in operation for 26 years, has unveiled a new Player Arbitration Summary feature, which details in real time the situation with all player complaints that they are handling.
Previously Casinomeister would provide an annual round-up at the end of each year, but would not release any further information, other than the number of complaints they have handled and total sums returned to players as a result of their work.
However, as from this week visitors to the site will be able to see in real-time how much has been returned to players during the current year, with a brief synopsis of each PAB ticket being worked on.
Commenting on the new PAB Summary feature, Casinomeister’s Head of Player Arbitration Max Drayman said:
We’ve wanted to bring something like this to our player community for some time now.
Our team does a ton of work on player issues behind the scenes, the new Summary pages will now let everyone see and use that information to help navigate the tricky decisions they need make regarding casino sites and jurisdictions.
